This First Amended and Restated Funding Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the County of Riverside, a political subdivision of the State of California, (“County”) and Eastern Municipal Water District, (“Subrecipient”). County and Subrecipient are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
