This Interlocal Agreement ("ILA") effective as of 08/10/2020 ("Effective Date"), is made and entered into by and between Dallas College a Texas political subdivision of higher education ("Dallas College" or "College") located at 3737 Motley Drive, Mesquite, and Garland Independent School District, ("Garland ISD"), a Texas political subdivision of secondary education. The College and the Garland ISD may hereafter be individually referred to as "Party'' and collectively as "Parties." The Parties enter into this ILA for the purpose of the development and support of an Early College High School ("ECHS" or "ECHS Program").
