This Subscription Order Form (“Order Form”) and the attached Master Service Agreement (“MSA”) for Software-as-a-Service, as amended from time to time by a signed Supplemental Order Form, constitute a subscription contract. The Initial Term of the subscription identified above is effective from the date of the last signature below. After the Initial Term, the subscription will renew annually, subject to the Subscription Fee Increase, until terminated in accordance with Section 6 of the MSA. Agilent shall invoice all Fees according to the invoicing schedule above without the need for any additional documents to be exchanged or signed by the Parties.
