This Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Steven Mendelsohn and Sam Chen (collectively referred to as “Claimants”) and WellPoint, Inc., on behalf of itself and its affiliates (“WellPoint”) for the purposes and on the terms specified herein and operates in conjunction with the Confidential Addendum to this Agreement. Together Mendelsohn, Chen, and WellPoint are referred to herein as the Parties.
