I/we, , owners of record/resident(s) for unit , hereby authorize Chateau Lake San Marcos Homeowners Association to possess entry keys for the purpose of entering my/our condominium in case of emergency, medical or otherwise. I understand that keys to my/our unit will be stored in a secured location and are only accessed by authorized personnel. In giving said authorization, I/we agree to indemnify and hold harmless, Chateau Lake San Marcos Homeowners Association from any and all claims for damage or loss of any kind or nature, real or perceived, including unaccounted for items, alleged to have been caused by any personnel authorized to enter my/our unit.
