This document constitutes the agreement between East Sussex County Council and Early Years providers across all provision (including Childminders) (‘Providers’) within the Private, Voluntary, and Independent Schools sectors and within Academies and Maintained Schools located in East Sussex. This document establishes the requirements for claiming funding for two, three- and four-year olds within East Sussex in accordance with the Department for Education’s (DfE) Early Education and Childcare Statutory Guidance for Local Authorities published June 2018 (‘DfE Guidance’).
