WCMC requires that all scientists/investigators complete a Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA) and send it to the Office of Clinical Trial Administration (OCTA) before discussing/sharing confidential information with an outside party. WCMC also requires that all scientists/investigators send CDAs that they have received from outside parties/companies to OCTA for review before signing any such CDAs. OCTA should receive the CDA at least seven business days before the scheduled discussion, review or presentation of confidential information. All CDAs must be negotiated by OCTA, whether you are receiving confidential information or disclosing WCMC’s confidential information.
