This Marina Use Agreement (“Agreement”) entered into this day of 20 between Seasons at Sandpoint Association (“Association”) and the undersigned boat owner (“Owner”). Association and Owner adhere to the terms and conditions set forth herein and within Section 38 of the Association Declarations.
