This CSG Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Pueblo Housing Solar, LLC, as CSG Subscriber Organization ("CSG SO") and City of Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation (“Subscriber”). Hereafter, CSG SO and Subscriber are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
