(this “Amendment”) is dated March 1, 2011, among SAN DIEGO COUNTY REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION (the “Issuer” or the “Commission”), U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as trustee (the “Trustee”) and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (the “Bank”).
