This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) supplements the Pulsant General Terms and Conditions available at https://www.pulsant.com/terms-and-conditions or the Pulsant Master Services Agreement, as updated from time to time or as otherwise agreed between Pulsant and Client (Master Agreement), governing Client’s use of the Services (as defined in the Master Agreement). Unless otherwise defined in this DPA or in the Master Agreement, all capitalised terms will have the meaning given to them in Clause 1 of this DPA.
