Contract Type FiledOctober 1st, 2024This agreement is made between the Rotary Club of Saratoga Springs, and the Exhibitor named below. In order to reserve booth space for the upcoming show, a deposit in the amount of 50% of the total amount due must be received, along with this executed agreement, no later than December 1, 2024, with final payment no later than January 5, 2025. Failure to make final payment on-time may be considered as cancellation on the part of the exhibitor, resulting in loss of reservation and forfeiture of the deposited amount. Exhibitors making deposits by credit card will have their cards charged the final balance due on or after January 5, 2024. Exhibitor acknowledges receipt and acceptance of the Show’s Exhibitor Guide/Terms and Conditions.
