This DEED OF LEASE (this "Lease") is dated the day of , 20 , by and between THE COUNTY OF LOUISA a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, as Grantor ("Landlord"), and the COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA, DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES, as Grantee ("Tenant"), with approval of the Governor pursuant to § 2.2-1149 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended.
