This Settlement Agreement (“Agreement” or “Settlement”) is entered into between SHAUN FAULEY (“Fauley”) (“Plaintiff”), on behalf of himself and the certified class (identified herein as the “Class”), on the one hand, DRUG DEPOT, INC. a/k/a APS PHARMACY (“Drug Depot”) (“Defendant”), on the other hand. The parties to this Agreement are collectively referred to as the “Parties.” This Agreement is entered into as of the date it is signed by the last of the Parties to sign it.
