This Ownership License sets forth the terms of the agreement between you, on the one hand, and Ian Cheng (the “Artist”) and Outland Art, Inc. of 8 The Green, Suite 12603, Dover, Delaware 19901 (“Outland”), on the other hand, with respect to your ownership and use of the digital work of fine art by the Artist to which this Ownership License applies, as specified above (the “Artwork”).
