FISCAL IMPACT — Funds for this agreement are provided for in the 1998-99 Capital Improvement Programs (CIP), Page 295, Index Code 366369, Dean’ s Lake Basin Detention and Pumping Improvements. Compensation to the consultant totals $174,500. This project is funded by the Stormwater Utility. RECOMMENDATION — Approval of the agreement with Rust Environment & Infrastructure, Inc.
