This VOTING AND SUPPORT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of March 5, 2021, is entered into by and between the undersigned stockholder (“Stockholder”) of Crexendo, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Parent”), and NetSapiens, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”). Parent and Stockholder are each sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
