NOTE: Where a Participating Hospital listed in Appendix "A" to the Memorandum of Conditions for Joint Bargaining, dated November was not a party the June Central Pay Equity Settlement, Appendix will set out the applicable rates of pay, including any pay equity adjusted rates, that apply to the nurses covered by those agreements and the rates set out in Appendix will prevail over the rates set out in Article (a) above.
