Enclosed you will find the ARC Application for work to be done in your unit. Please review the material carefully and ask the professionals and contractors working for you to do so as well. The rules outlined in this agreement have been created to protect you and your fellow owners, as well as the condominium. In addition, this procedure ensures that licensed contractors will be used to perform critical work and that work is done following the building codes of the City of Sarasota. Please be aware of any permits required by the City of Sarasota. Enclosed is the current City of Sarasota Permit Guidelines Information Sheet.
