This Contract is made and entered in to this day of , 2015 and executed in triplicate originals and by and between the Inhabitants of the Town of Limerick, a Municipal Corporation duly organized and existing by law and having an established place of business at said Limerick, in the County of York and State of Maine (hereinafter the “Town”), acting through its Board of Selectmen, and of said Name of Contractor (hereinafter the Contractor). The parties agree that the term Contractor, as used in this Contract, includes any employees and agents of the Contractor.
