THIS SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is made this day of , 2018 by and between Amanda J. Nye also legally known as Amanda J. N. Bitting, an individual (hereinafter referred to as “DEVELOPER”), and the CITY OF PAPILLION, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as “CITY”).
