This agreement (“Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions pertaining to the electronic bill payment service offered by Boeing Employees’ Credit Union (“BECU”). By using BECU’s Web bill payment service (“Business Bill Pay””), or authorizing others to use it on your behalf, you agree to these terms and any changes to it that are made from time to time. The terms and conditions in this Agreement are in addition to and modify the terms and conditions of the BECU Business Account Agreement booklet and Business Account Disclosures (“Account Agreement” and Account Disclosures), which were provided to you upon your application for membership and which you agree governs your rights and obligations when using your accounts. To the extent there is a conflict between this Agreement and the Account Agreement and Account Disclosures, the terms and conditions in this Agreement shall govern.
