This Online Services Agreement and Disclosure (the "Agreement") is entered into between Gold Coast Bank (the "Financial Institution") and the undersigned customer of the Institution, who hereby subscribes to Gold Coast Bank Online Banking and, if requested and approved, Bill Payment Services ("online services"). This Agreement contains the terms and conditions governing the online services. The customer is referred to in this Agreement as "you" or "your". The Institution is referred to in this Agreement as "Financial Institution", "we", "us", and/or "our". If you use the online service or permit another to use the online service on your behalf, you agree to the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement and disclosure.
