The City and Consultant (“parties”) previously entered into Agreement Amendment No. 1 dated, November 12, 2019, and Agreement Amendment No. 2 dated March 26, 2020. The Agreement, as amended, is further amended to add additional scope of work to be performed by Consultant and paid for by the City. The additional work, anticipated in the original solicitation, was requested by the City to provide construction management services for GMP No. 5, which includes portions of Subprojects 1, 2 5 and 6.
