THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered this 8th day of December, 2014, by and between Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation ("Client") and Hoehn Architects, PC (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”) for Consultant to render professional historic architectural services for Client with respect to the Pueblo City Hall Interior Rehabilitation and Remodel Project and related ancillary services, hereinafter referred to as the "Project."
