This Agreement is between Rico Telephone Company Cable (RICO) and the subscriber ("you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you agree to use RICO's DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) Internet Access Service or Wireless Internet Service in conjunction with phone service. Unless otherwise provided, the terms and conditions for the equipment used in association with this Service are those terms and conditions provided by the equipment manufacturer.
