developing, coordinating, and overseeing the development of specific procedures to implement fully this Settlement Agreement; scheduling, announcing, and promoting all training required by this Settlement Agreement; coordinating the community outreach required by this Settlement Agreement; modifying medical and intake forms as necessary to ensure that the Hospital makes the communication determination required by this Settlement Agreement for each Patient or Companion, including developing a communication determination form; and developing a plan for drafting, maintaining, and providing all reports required by this Settlement Agreement.
