Solar Power Agreement – Part ISolar Power Agreement • September 3rd, 2019
This Solar Power Agreement (“Agreement”) is given to you by Kilowatt Systems, LLC (sometimes referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). Under the Agreement you agree to buy and we agree to sell all the electric energy produced by a solar panel system that we will own (the “System”), to be installed at your home (the “Property”) as described more fully in Part II of the Agreement. This Part I provides answers to some important questions you may have regarding the terms of the Agreement. The answers to the questions below in this Part I are not intended to answer all questions you may have about the Agreement, and only summarize certain terms of Part II of the Agreement.
