The undersigned (hereinafter referred to as the “Subscriber”) hereby irrevocably subscribes for and agrees to purchase the number of series A units ("Series A Units"), series B units ("Series B Units"), series F units ("Series F Units") or series I units ("Series I Units") (the Series A Units, the Series B Units, the Series F Units and the Series I Units are collectively referred to as the "Units") of the Trust set forth below for the subscription amount set forth below (the “Subscription Amount”), at a price of $8.00 per Unit, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the “Terms and Conditions of Subscription for Units of WWC U.S. Multifamily Real Estate Fund” attached hereto (together with this page and the attached Schedules and Appendices, the “Subscription Agreement”).
