On January 1st, we may make modifications in coverage if such modifications are made on a uniform basis for all individuals with the same product. In addition, we may make modifications at any time if the modification is directly related to a State or Federal requirement and the modification is made within a reasonable time period after the State or Federal requirement is imposed or modified.
