This AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), for financial advisory services is entered into between BUTLER COUNTY, KANSAS, a Kansas County organized pursuant to the laws of the State of Kansas, (the “County”) and COLUMBIA CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Missouri, (“Columbia Capital”) with respect to the provision of certain services pertaining to various County public finance transactions and related services, the County and Columbia Capital agree as follows:
