This Class Action Settlement Agreement ("Agreement" or "Settlement Agreement") is made by and between (1) William Ryan (together, the "Plaintiff"), on behalf of himself and as representatives of the Settlement Class defined below, and (2) Allstate Indemnity Company, Allstate Property and Casualty Insurance Company, and Allstate Fire and Casualty Insurance Company (together, "Allstate" or "Defendants"). Plaintiff and Defendants are referred to collectively as "the Parties."
