THIS CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT (hereinafter, “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of 20XX by and between the CITY OF EL MONTE, a municipal corporation (hereinafter, “CITY”) and INSERT CONTRACTOR NAME (hereinafter, “CONTRACTOR”). For the purposes of this Agreement, CITY and CONTRACTOR may be referred to collectively by the capitalized term “Parties.” The capitalized term “Party” may refer to CITY or CONTRACTOR interchangeably.
