This Amendment No. 2 (this “Amendment”), is made by and between Verizon Maryland Inc., f/k/a Bell Atlantic – Maryland, Inc. (“Verizon”), a Maryland corporation with offices at 1 East Pratt Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21202, and ATX Licensing, Inc., d/b/a ATX Telecommunications Services, Inc., a CoreComm Company, a Delaware corporation with offices at 2100 Renaissance Boulevard, King of Prussia, PA 19406 (“ATX”), and shall be deemed effective on February 2, 2007 (the “Amendment Effective Date”). Verizon and ATX are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. This Amendment covers services in Verizon’s service territory in the State of Maryland (the “State”).
