THIS CONTRACT is entered into between the Community Transportation Coordinator, Pasco County Board of County Commissioner, designated, pursuant to Chapter 427, Florida Statutes (F.S.), to serve the transportation disadvantaged for the community that includes the entire area of Pasco County, and hereinafter referred to as the "Coordinator" and Gulf Coast Jewish Family And Community Services, Inc., with a business address of 14041 Icot Blvd. Clearwater, Florida 33760, hereinafter referred to as the "Operator." The terms and conditions of this Agreement are effective July 1, 2022 and will continue through June 30, 2025.
