This Main Services Agreement (“Agreement”) governs Customer’s use of the Services provided by Notabene, Inc. or Notabene ID GmbH, as stated in an applicable Order Form (“Notabene”) and are effective between Customer and Notabene as of the date that Customer accepts this Agreement by (1) executing an Order Form that references or incorporates this Agreement or (2) clicking a box indicating acceptance (“Effective Date”).
