This Data Processing Addendum (this “Addendum”), effective as of [Insert date], (“Addendum Effective Date”), forms a part of the Journal Publishing Agreement, Master Journals Publishing Agreement, Master Services Agreement or other agreement by and between the entity identified as “Partner” in the signature block below (“Partner”) and Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc. (“WKH”), in each case pursuant to which WKH is engaged by Partner to publish one or more of Partner’s medical or scientific journals and/or provide Courses and Sessions (as defined below), as may be amended or modified from time to time (the “Agreement”). In the course of providing the Services (as defined below), WKH may process personal data (as defined below) on behalf of Partner, and WKH agrees to comply with the following provisions with respect to any such personal data.
