This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between, on the one hand, Plaintiff Marshall Maor (“Named Plaintiff”) on behalf of himself and a putative class of individuals (“Plaintiffs” or the “Settlement Class,” as hereinafter defined) and, on the other, Defendants North Hempstead Country Club (“the Club”), Steven Cisek (sued in the Action, as defined herein, as “Steven Cisak”), and “any other related entities” sued herein to the extent the same relates in any way to North Hempstead Country Club (collectively, “Defendants,” and together with Named Plaintiff, the “Parties”).
