This MILLENNIUM CHALLENGE COMPACT (this “Compact”) is between the United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation, a United States government corporation (“MCC”), and the Republic of Indonesia, acting through its ministries and other governmental entities as appropriate (the “Government”). MCC and the Government are referred to in this Compact individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
