This contract is signed by the parties and persons invited to use the service provided by Mercell. The Mercell Portal supports qualified e-signatures. e-Signatures are used to sign the contract and its content. The signees of this contract does so on their own behalf and the documents signed in good faith and with the authorization to do so on behalf of their respective companies. The transaction are between the two parties and Mercell has no part in the contract between the parties and have therefore no liability in any form connected to the agreement or any reliability regarding the signees of the contract/agreement.
