THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into on the date last stated below between the City of University Park, hereinafter called “CITY”, acting by and through Bob Livingston, City Manager, duly authorized to act on behalf of the CITY and, C&P Engineering, LTD., hereinafter called “ENGINEER”, acting by and through Michael Cummings, P.E., duly authorized to so act on behalf of the ENGINEER.
