This Material/Data Transfer Agreement (MTA/DTA) provided by the Parelsnoer Institute (PSI)1 assist the arrangement of the transfer and use of biological human samples and/or (associated) clinical data for research purposes within the scope of PSI. This MTA/DTA is in line with A) Material Transfer regarding biological human samples as published by the Biobanking and Biomolecular Resources Research Infrastructure (BBMRI)2 and for B) Data Transfer regarding clinical data as published in the Code of Conduct for the Use of Data in Health Research (FEDERA)3.
