This Leyard LED Primary Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is offered by Planar Systems, Inc. (“Planar”), concerning certain LED Products (referred to as a “Product” or plural, “Products”) sold under Leyard or Planar brand names, but not listed as included in any Standard LED Limited Warranty available on Planar’s website at planar.com/support/standard-warranties/. This Warranty only applies to Products sold by Planar within North America, subject to the terms and conditions of this Warranty statement.
