THIS CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT is made and entered into and effective as of the 15th day of October, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between 521 EAST MOSEL LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“Contributor”) and Nova Net Lease Operating LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Company”). Contributor and Company shall sometimes separately be referred to herein as a "Party" and both of whom shall sometimes collectively be referred to herein as the "Parties." This Agreement constitutes a binding contribution agreement between Contributor and Company.
