During the License Period for a Program, Licensor shall not exhibit or authorize the exhibition of such Program in the Authorized Language on Subscription Pay and Basic Television. In no event shall there be any restrictions on Licensor’s right to exploit any of the Programs on a Pay-Per- View Basis, Near-Video-On-Demand Basis or Video-On-Demand Basis in any language.
