This Project Management Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of October , 2022 and effective as of December 1, 2022 (“Effective Date”) by and between CITIZENS OF THE WORLD LOS ANGELES, A California non-profit public benefit corporation (“Client”), and PACIFIC CHARTER SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT, INC., a California non-profit public benefit corporation (“PCSD”), for project management services in connection with the project located at 7911 Winnetka Avenue, Canoga Park, CA, as further described on Exhibit A (the “Project”). Client and PCSD are herein referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
