This Agreement provides for the seamless transfer of credit from SJCCD to TSU (articulation) and from TSU to SJCCD (reverse articulation). This Agreement also defines parameters by which SJCCD and TSU may mutually consent to program or degree specific articulation plans to be covered and enforced by the scope of this Agreement.
