ICT Agreement – Core Terms Introduction These core terms form part of the draft ICT Agreement released for consultation. The agreement will not be available for use until 2018. Notes to customers:  The ICT Agreement is for low risk ICT procurement where the total contract value is less than$150,000 [Under review – see discussion paper]. Agencies will need to make their own assessment around the risk profile. By way of guidance, you should not use the ICT Agreement (and instead use Procure IT 3.2) where the solution that you are procuring: o will be used for a larger project which is not low risk;o could severely or critically affect an agency's functions or service delivery;o could involve personal information being stored or transferred off-shore, or being accessed remotely from offshore by persons who are not authorized; oro involves the performance of services or access to classified environments which require security or police clearances.
