This Annex shall be for the purpose of collaboration with the Partner to enhance NASA's Science, Technology, and Engineering, in the areas of aerodynamics/aerothermodynamics, Guidance, Navigation and Control (GNC), environments, structures, materials, propulsion, and energetics/propellants for Hypersonic flight. NASA and Partner recognize the criticality and need for the maturation of the pre-mentioned technology areas for the development of safe reusable hypersonic flight.
