This Precious Metals Storage Account Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of the date of the online Account Application, by and between Citadel Global Depository Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Citadel”), having its principal place of business at 226 Dean A. McGee Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73102, and you (the “Client”). Citadel and the Client are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” and individually as a “Party”.
